Tears

I'm not having a very good day. It's nothing big, I just feel stressed. As I'm working on putting some paper packages together, I started to think about Daryn and how much I miss him. It's been almost a year since he passed away. The more I think about him, I notice that my eyes start to tear up. They say that time heals all wounds, but they never say how much time is needed.

I never met you because I left Alvin PD and moved to Seattle before you and Daryn started dating. I knew Daryn for over 20 yrs, lived with him, played football with him and worked with him at Alvin, so I feel a bit connected to you. At the one year anniversary of his death, I was doing some research on what info was out there about him and your blog kept coming up. I hope you are doing well...

Sorry you are sad today....remember the sound of his voice, his smile or anything happy about him and keep him alive with you memories instead of missing him in your heart.
It is a tuff thing to miss a passed friend or family member.
Hang in there and smile when you think of him.
